Frequently Asked Questions
A few answers. Most of them true.
What exactly am I buying?
Right now, you’re buying limited-run tees, hoodies, hats, and a handful of posters, all designed by OKYESBUTNO, a one-person studio based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Everything is made to order through high-quality fulfilment partners and shipped straight to you.
If you’ve ever felt a bit ‘yeah, nah, maybe, I don’t know… what was that again? Oh hell no!’, you’re in the right place.
Are these prints or originals?
They’re original prints, made by hand, on a computer, in a room with too much stuff, and lighting that’s either too bright or not bright enough. I leave the printing to the experts.
I’m always (chaotically) working on handmade originals, physical pieces, and the occasional painting that smells faintly of spray paint and regret. They’ll drop when they drop.
If you want first dibs, join the list. Those pieces usually disappear into the hands of the same handful of people who refuse to unsubscribe. I adore them. But honestly… live your lives, people.
Will the colours look like they do on screen?
Close. But not identical. Screens glow. Paper doesn’t. Also: printers sometimes do their own thing. That said, the colours are tested and generally come out great.
Do you restock designs?
Nope. Once a design’s gone, it’s gone. Some may return in different formats, but nothing’s guaranteed. This is a make-it-once, maybe never again kind of place.
Can I request a custom version?
Yes, but you won’t get what you asked for or wanted. You may not get anything. It’s risky.
Where do you ship from?
Printful has fulfilment centres all over, so it depends on your location. Most orders ship from Australia, the US, or Europe, whichever’s closest. Originals (when available) ship from Adelaide.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 5–10 business days, depending on where you are and whether the postal gods are smiling.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Once your order is made and packed, you’ll get tracking info via email. Then it’s out of my hands and into the void.
Beyond that, we both stare at the same tracking page and hope for the best.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Unless your country is literally on fire, underwater, or banned by Printful.
What if my order doesn’t show up?
Email me. I’ll chase it down or sort out a replacement. If it’s a shipping issue, I’ll help you sort it. If it’s a black hole issue… we’ll light a candle and mourn it together.
Can I return or exchange something?
If it arrives faulty, I’ll fix it. If there’s a print issue, I’ll fix it.
If you ordered the wrong size because you refused to read the sizing guide… email me anyway and we’ll see what we can do.
If you’ve had a change of heart or changed your mind, well… ok, yes, but, no.
We all know that art, and life, and apparel, are subjective. Reach out and we’ll talk. I don’t leave people hanging.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, and whatever else Stripe handles. I don’t take payment in vibes or exposure.
Who runs OKYESBUTNO?
One person. Me. I draw things, design things, and say no to things. But this is a small, independent, slightly chaotic art studio disguised as an online stupermarket.
Can I stock this in my shop?
Maybe. If your shop is cool. Email me.
Do you take commissions or collaborations?
Only if they’re weird and fun. Commercial work or branded content will probably get a polite no. But pitch me something weird and we’ll see.
Is this a joke?
Kind of. But the tees are real. The art is real. I’m real. The checkout works. Try it. Buy it.
