Frequently Asked Questions

A few answers. Most of them true.

What exactly am I buying?

Right now, you’re buying limited-run art prints made via Printful, fulfilled on demand, and shipped straight to you. They’re based on original illustrations from OKYESBUTNO, a one-person studio based in Adelaide, South Australia.

If it looks like a machine that probably shouldn’t exist, or some other wonderful curiosity? You’re in the right place.

Are these prints or originals?

At the moment: prints. High-quality, gallery-style art prints made on demand.

I’m working on adding handmade originals, weird physical pieces, and possibly paintings that smell faintly of spray paint and regret, so keep checking back.

Will the colours look like they do on screen?

Close. But not identical. Screens glow. Paper doesn’t. Also: printers sometimes do their own thing. That said, the colours are tested and generally come out great.

Do you restock designs?

Nope. Once a design’s gone, it’s gone. Some may return in different formats, but nothing’s guaranteed. This is a make-it-once, maybe never again kind of place.

Can I request a custom version?

Yes but you won’t get what you asked for or wanted. You may not get anything. It’s risky.

Where do you ship from?

Printful has fulfilment centres all over, so it depends on your location. Most orders ship from Australia, the US, or Europe, whichever’s closest. Originals (once available) will ship from Adelaide.

How long does shipping take?

Usually 5–10 business days, depending on where you are and whether the postal gods are smiling.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes. Once your order is made and packed, you’ll get tracking info via email. Then it’s out of my hands and into the void.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Unless your country is literally on fire, underwater, or banned by Printful.

What if my order doesn’t show up?

Email me. I’ll chase it down or sort out a replacement. If it’s a shipping issue, I’ll help you sort it. If it’s a black hole issue… we’ll light a candle and mourn it together.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, debit cards, and whatever else Stripe handles. I don’t take payment in vibes or exposure.

Do you offer refunds?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, I’ll make it right. If you just don’t like it… well, art’s subjective. But still, reach out and we’ll talk.

Who runs OKYESBUTNO?

One person. Me. I draw things, design things, and say no to things. This is a small, independent, slightly chaotic art studio disguised as a store.

Can I stock this in my shop?

Maybe. If your shop is cool. Email me.

Do you take commissions or collaborations?

Only if they’re weird and fun. Commercial work or branded content will probably get a polite no. But pitch me something weird and we’ll see.

Is this a joke?

Kind of. But the prints are real. The art is real. I’m real. The checkout works. Try it.
